Frozen Brine Shrimp aren't as good for your aquarium animals as live food but in some cases the convenience of frozen food wins out, particularly if the fish has accepted the transition . Northeast Brine Shrimp Frozen Brine Shrimp are whole Brine Shrimp whether they be the Adult Size, Half-grown, or Quarter-grown. They are harvested from the same tanks as all our Premium Farm-grown enriched Live Brine Shrimp, filled (without mechanical pumps into the final package), and frozen within minutes. A 4 ounce package includes 24 individual servings, again providing a convenience in feeding when needed.
Please place orders for Frozen Products separately from those for Live Products (They can't be packed in the same box and therefore an erroneous shipping charge will appear at signout). Thank you.
Frozen
Brine Shrimp (Farm Grown)

found in the other wild-caught brands. Sold in one-pound (pint)
containers.

Ocean Green (Trade Name
for live marine phytoplankton) is an excellent and nutritious food for
all filter feeders including bivalves, corals, gorgonia, sponges, scallops,
brine shrimp, rotifers, hydrozoans, anemones, tube worms, and many others.
Each quart of Ocean Green contains over one billion tiny live one cell
marine plants (2-5 micron size). They are raised in the laboratory under
closely controlled conditions and are free of any fish diseases and other
unwanted contaminants, so they may be used safely in all marine aquaria.
Fish and invertebrates alike require the presence of live plants in their
environment in order to remain colorful, active and healthy. Ocean Green
provides natural nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Ocean Green contains:
protein (60%), carbohydrates (20%), fats (3%), natural pH buffers, iodine,
natural B vitamins, and trace elements. The recommended feeding
is one pint per two days per 50 gallon reef-type aquarium. For reef
aquariums heavily stocked with filter feeders, more may be needed. Please note that Nannochloropsis is cultured in 15 0/00
seawater. Heavy use will dilute your aquarium water so check regularly.

Beta
- Meal
All natural unicellular marine algae (D. salina) that has been
farm raised and then dried at low temperature to maintain the maximum
nutritional values possible. One gram of Beta-Meal represents
the equivalent of at least 100 gallons of live algae culture (at
least 10 billion algae cells) and contains 2% Beta-carotene.
Beta-Meal is the natural diet for many marine organisms that filter
water for their dietary needs, including rotifers to corals to clams.
Because Beta-Meal is pure algae, it is totally non-polluting to
your aquarium or holding system.
The amount of Beta-Meal used will depend on the size of the reef
aquarium and the number of filter feeders in the aquarium.
For the average 50 gallon reef aquarium, use 1/8 level teaspoon
every day or two. Simply put the Beta-Meal in one or two cups of
tank water, stir until totally dissolved and pour in. It is
recommended that any particle filters be turned off for at least
one hour while creatures are feeding.

Bullhead Minnow (Fundulus grandis)
Our live saltwater bullhead minnows are the perfect live bait for all bottom fishing environments either inshore or offshore.
They are durable and can survive up to two days in the shipping container. That means that one day is used by DHL to ship it to your door by 3 pm and the second day is used for transporting the bait to your favorite fishing spot.
Once the box and bag is opened then you will have to add aeration or put the baits in a live well.
Fishing Tips: This live bait is best fished off the bottom. The bait's frantic desire to reach the bottom for cover will attract large predator fish.
